The villa is situated on a 1,800m2 plot with a building complex comprising the main house, two separate guest houses and a garage. The three double rooms each have their own private bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The layout of the building is ideal for a couple who may best enjoy the main house with the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Families or small groups with up to six people can take the guest houses for an ideal balance of privacy and sociality. All of our guests enjoy the entire infrastructure; independantly of the number of persons.
The property is all at ground level without any stairs and opens directly towards the sea.

Expect a modern, spacious and fully furnished kitchen with extras such as a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, electric blender and a fresh water tank.

The bedroom and bathroom of the main house are on the first floor and offer a wonderful view of the garden and the sea.
Both guest houses are identical in design and have a small patio overlooking the pool.
The lush, lovingly attended garden is surrounded by a wall to make sure your privacy is protected. The open complex has a 12m × 4m swimming pool, outdoor shower, loungers and a cozy gazebo. A door leads to the approx. 8m-wide pebbled beach.
